Warranty recovery for franchised dealers

The warranty money is already on your books. It's just written off.

Recoup reads every denied and short-paid warranty claim, tells you exactly which ones are recoverable, and gives your administrator the evidence-backed wording and the step-by-step plan to get the money back. Contingency is charged only on dollars you record as recovered.

10–30%
of warranty revenue lost to denials, short pays, and missing documentation
4–6%
of claims come back denied or reduced — most are never appealed
15–22%
contingency, charged only on dollars you record as recovered. The monthly fee covers the workspace.

Four steps, no integration

Your DMS is your data. We never ask for a login, a feed, or a contract with CDK or Reynolds.

  1. 01

    Export 90 days of claims

Run a report in CDK, Reynolds, or Tekion and send the file. No integration, no IT project.

  2. 02

    We classify every line

Op-code, labour-time, pre-authorisation, and documentation rules run against your brand's own policy table.

  3. 03

    You see the number

Recoverable dollars by reason, plus the exact evidence each appeal needs — before anyone spends time on it.

  4. 04

Your team files, Recoup tracks it

Each claim carries a step-by-step recovery plan, then moves through filed, won or lost. Recovered dollars are recorded to the cent.

Questions dealers ask first

Does Recoup file the appeal for me?
No. Recoup tells you which claims are recoverable, gives you the wording and a step-by-step plan naming who must supply each piece of evidence, and records the outcome. Your warranty administrator submits in the manufacturer portal — that is the step we will not take without a human approving it.
Do I need to integrate with my DMS?
No. You export a CSV from CDK, Reynolds or Tekion. Header aliases for those systems are detected automatically, so there is no IT project and no data feed.
How do you know a claim is recoverable?
Eleven deterministic rules check documentation, op-code validity against your brand's labour table, labour time, pre-authorisation, parts return and submission timing. Every finding names the rule and the money at risk, so you can disagree with it.
What happens to my data?
Claim data stays in your own workspace. Documents are not sent to a third party, and the appeal wording is generated with your own claim facts, never with your customer data.
